Glacier Express

I have a few things that are on my "bucket list". Taking the Glacier Express train through the Alps is one of them. And, on September 4 my dream came true. The weather couldn't have been better, it was warm and very sunny (actually really warm, think of three eggs poaching under glass :)). We travelled in panorama rail cars from Chur to Brig, taking about four and a half hours. We travelled along beautiful green valleys dotted with small villages and over a mountain pass that felt like we were on top of the world.

You can also take this train to Zermatt on one end and St. Moritz on the other, however our schedule didn't permit us to take the full trip. I was content with the trip we made and will never forget this experience.
