More of Berlin
We spent day two and four continuing our tour of Berlin. On day two we visited the Jewish Museum, Check Point Charlie, remnants of the Berlin Wall, Bradenburger Gate, Reichstag and Schloss Charlottenburg. Ron returned to Brandenburger Gate and Reichstag area on day four, touring the inside of the Reichstag where he was able to view the city from the impressive glass tower. Delmer and I explored the famous Kaiser-Wilhelm Gedachtnis Church, travelled down the Kurfurstendamn and checked out the Wa De Se department store, all in the premiere shopping area of Berlin, and nearby our hotel. We then strolled through the famous Tiergarten, making our way to Potsdammer Platz by mid-afternoon. We met up with Ron at the nearby Music Museum and then had supper at Sony Place. We have managed to see most if not all of the key highlights in Berlin.
